Peter Mason Consulting specialise in the procurement and implementation of Electronic Homecare Call Monitoring systems.

They have carried out successful implementations on behalf of several Local Authorities and independent care providers and have experience of most Electronic Homecare Call Monitoring and Automated Scheduling systems.

Peter Mason, the principal consultant, worked with the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO), Office of Government Commerce (OGC) and The Department of Health Efficiency Program (CSED) in the establishment of a National Framework Contract designed to assist Local Authorities in procuring and implementing Electronic Homecare Call Monitoring. He has also spoken at a number of seminars on the area of Call Monitoring Implementation.

Peter Mason Consulting have extensive experience in Social Care Finance and Performance Management, Assistive Technology (Telecare and Telehealth), Homecare Re-ablement and service delivery in the third sector. The organisation is currently working closely with Brokerage Teams involved with the Transformation to Self Directed Care and the move to Personalised Budgets.
